Baja-Yoga, offers Hatha yoga sessions in the Rosarito area.   Located at K50 on the free road... just 3 miles south of Puerto Nuevo and 40 minutes north of Ensenada, in the community of Mision Viejo.  Some classes are held at the beach. 

We offer beginning & intermediate yoga.  Private sessions are available as well.   

In addition to Hatha yoga, classes include meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), & short discussions of the Yoga Sutras or philosophy.
